PurelyB’s 10th Birthday Giveaway 

1. Eligibility

1.1 The giveaway competition (“Competition”) is open to legal residents of Malaysia and Singapore, aged 18 years or older.
1.2 Employees of PurelyB, its affiliates, and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.

2. Competition Period

2.1 The Competition runs from 18 August 2025, 3PM to 9 October 2025, 11.59PM (MYT) (“Competition Period”).
2.2 Entries received outside the Competition Period will not be considered.

3. How to Enter

3.1 To enter, participants must complete the following:
a) Make a purchase — no minimum spend; and
b) Post on Instagram: Share your PurelyB wellness moment with your order ID, tag @purelyb, and use #MyWellnessJourney (make sure it's public!).

Not on Instagram? Email your wellness moment and order ID to hello@purelyb.com to enter.

3.2 Each PurelyB fulfilled order = 1 entry.
3.3 The winner will be chosen at random weekly. 
3.4 No entry limit per person. Multiple entries are acceptable as long as it is within the competition period.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

4.1 Winners will be chosen at random each week by PurelyB. The selection process will be carried out at PurelyB’s sole discretion and judgment.
4.2 Winners will be notified via email and announced on PurelyB’s official Instagram account (@PurelyB) on a weekly basis, starting from 22 August 2025 until the Grand Prize announcement on 10 October 2025. If a winner does not respond within 48 hours, an alternative winner may be selected.
4.3 Winners will only be announced on PurelyB’s social media platforms after their email confirmation has been received.

5. Prizes

5.1 A total of 10 giveaway prizes, worth up to RM20,000 in total, will be awarded to weekly winners.
5.2 The prizes include PurelyB products as well as items or services from our partner brands. Certain prizes may be more personalized, and winners will be guided on how to claim these directly from the respective partner brand.
5.3 All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
5.4 Purely B Sdn Bhd reserves the right to replace any prize with another of equal or higher value if necessary.

6. Liability and Responsibility

6.1 The use and redemption of prizes provided by partner brands shall be governed by the respective terms and conditions of those brands. Purely B Sdn Bhd assumes no liability in relation to prizes, products, or services provided by third parties, and is not responsible for any act, omission, or failure on the part of such third parties.
6.2 Winners are solely responsible for ensuring they meet any requirements set by the partner brands in order to redeem or utilize the prizes. Some prizes may require direct coordination with the partner brand, and PurelyB will not be liable for any failure to redeem or dissatisfaction with the prize.
6.3 Winners and/or their heirs shall assume full responsibility in the event of any liability, mishap, injury, loss, damage, claim, or accident (including but not limited to health issues, product/service usage, or participation in experiences such as spa treatments or travel) arising from participation in this giveaway or from the redemption and/or use of the prizes. Winners agree to release and hold PurelyB Sdn Bhd harmless from any such liability.
6.4 Except for what is expressly included in the prize (e.g., accommodation nights, spa sessions, flights with baggage allowance, and PurelyB product bundles), all other incidental expenses—including but not limited to additional transportation, extra accommodation, insurance, meals, upgrades, and personal costs—shall be the sole responsibility of the winners.

7. General Terms

7.1 By entering, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions and Purely B Sdn Bhd’s decisions, which are final.
7.2 Purely B Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms.
7.3 Participants grant Purely B Sdn Bhd permission to use their names, images and submissions for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
7.4 Purely B Sdn Bhd is not responsible for any technical failures, lost entries, or other issues that may prevent participation.
7.5 Personal data collected will be used in accordance with PurelyB Sdn Bhd’s privacy policy.

PurelyB Sdn Bhd shall reserve the right at its absolute discretion to review and vary the Prizes Winners’ selection process contained herein at any time without prior notice. The judges’ decision is final and no correspondences thereafter will be entertained.

8. Governing Law

8.1 This Competition is governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
