PurelyB ‘Spin the Wheel’ Giveaway - Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Period

1.1 The PurelyB “Spin the Wheel” giveaway (“Promotion”) runs from 21st November 2025 to 1st December 2025 (both dates inclusive) (“Promotion Period”).
1.2 Any participation or redemption outside the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

2. Eligibility & Participation

2.1 The Promotion is open to all customers who access the Spin the Wheel page during the Promotion Period.
2.2 To participate, customers must spin the wheel and receive a prize outcome generated by the system.

3. Free Product Gift

3.1 Customers who win a free product gift will receive it automatically during the Promotion Period.
3.2 To claim the free product, customers must:
 a) Click on “Claim Your Wellness Gift”; and
 b) Purchase any product within the same transaction.

3.3 The free product will be automatically added to the customer’s cart or applied at checkout.
3.4 Free product gifts:

  • Are valid only during the Promotion Period,

  • Are not transferable, not exchangeable for cash, and cannot be accumulated across transactions,

  • Are subject to product availability. PurelyB reserves the right to substitute a free gift with another product of similar value if necessary.

4. Voucher Prizes (RM or % Discount)

4.1 Customers who win a voucher prize (RM or percentage) may redeem the code after the Promotion Period.
4.2 Voucher codes will detail their respective validity periods, usage limits, and specific conditions.
4.3 Voucher prizes cannot be combined with other promotions unless expressly stated.
4.4 All voucher prizes are limited to one-time use per customer, unless otherwise specified.
4.5 All voucher prizes are valid until 31st December 2025.

5. General Conditions

5.1 Each customer may spin the wheel according to PurelyB’s system rules, limitations, and eligibility checks.
5.2 Prize outcomes are generated at random and cannot be changed, exchanged for cash, or requested.
5.3 PurelyB reserves the right to verify customer eligibility and to cancel or refuse participation or prize redemption in cases of suspected fraud, multiple account usage, system manipulation, or breach of these Terms.
5.4 PurelyB may amend, suspend, or terminate the Promotion, or update these Terms at any time without prior notice.
5.5 In the event of any dispute, PurelyB’s decision is final and binding.
5.6 These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.

6. Governing Law

7.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
