PurelyB VIP Green Friday Promotion - Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

1.1 The PurelyB VIP Green Friday Buy 1 Free 1 promotion (“Promotion”) is open only to customers who receive the official VIP invitation email from PurelyB.
1.2 Eligible customers must place their order using the same email address that received the VIP invitation.
1.3 This Promotion is for retail customers only. Wholesale, bulk purchase, or reseller orders are not eligible unless approved by PurelyB.

2. Promotion Period

2.1 The Promotion runs from 21st November 2025, 12.00AM until 30th November 2025, 11.59PM (MYT) (“Promotion Period”).
2.2 Orders completed outside the Promotion Period will not qualify.

3. How to Redeem

3.1 To redeem, eligible customers must:
 a) Add two (2) units of the same eligible Signature single-unit product to their cart; and
 b) The second unit will automatically be discounted to FREE at checkout.

3.2 Eligible Signature single-unit products include (but are not limited to):

  • Pegaga 180g

  • Pegaga 380g

  • Pegaga Travel Pack (7 sachets)

  • Pegaga Travel Pack (30 sachets)

3.3 Multiple different item types may be included in the same order. B1F1 will apply to each item type with two (2) units added.

3.4 Customers will receive one (1) free item for each product type when they purchase a minimum of one (1) identical product type.

3.5 The free item must be the same product as the purchased item (same product type and variant).
Example:
Buy Product A → Get Product A free.
Buy Product B → Get Product B free.

3.6 Limit Per Product Type
For each product type in an order, customers are entitled to only one (1) free item, regardless of quantity purchased.

3.7 While Stocks Last
Free items are subject to availability. If a free item is out of stock, the promotion for that product type will not apply.

3.8 Non-Exchangeable & Non-Refundable
Free items cannot be exchanged for cash, substituted with other products, or refunded.

3.9 This Promotion is not stackable with any other discounts, including the 35% OFF Signature Green Friday promotion or any voucher codes.

4. Usage Rules & Order Limitations

4.1 Customers may redeem B1F1 for multiple different item types in one order.
4.2 Customers cannot redeem B1F1 on the same item type again in subsequent orders under the same invited email. PurelyB reserves the right to cancel or adjust repeat orders.
4.3 PurelyB reserves the right to investigate and cancel orders in cases where customers attempt to:
 a) Circumvent item or order limits,
 b) Create multiple accounts,
 c) Use different emails linked to the same identity or address,
 d) Exploit system mechanics or perform fraudulent activity.

5. Exclusions & Limitations

5.1 Not valid with the 35% OFF Signature promotion or other discount codes.
5.2 Bundles, sets, subscription orders, and multi-pack promotions are excluded.
5.3 Only eligible Signature single-unit products (Clause 3.2) qualify.
5.4 Promotion is valid while stocks last. PurelyB may cancel or refund affected items in case of unavailability.

6. General Terms

6.1 All orders are subject to PurelyB’s standard shipping, return, and exchange policies.
6.2 PurelyB may vary, suspend, or terminate the Promotion without prior notice.
6.3 PurelyB’s decision on all matters relating to this Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
6.4 PurelyB is not responsible for technical failures, checkout errors, system issues, or internet disruptions affecting participation.
6.5 Personal data collected will be processed in accordance with PurelyB’s Privacy Policy.

7. Governing Law

7.1 This Promotion is governed by the laws of Malaysia.
7.2 Any disputes arising from this Promotion shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
